What are the holidays in South Africa? 

There are 28 paid working days per year. In addition, you get 3 days off in between shifts, so you actually get more days off than usual.

What is the salary? 

During your training and work done in London our client offers a salary ranging between £16.000 to £17.000 per + uncapped commission per Annum. In Cape Town, the salary is paid in SA Rand and is ranging between 13,000 ZAR to 14,000 ZAR per month. 

What are the perks?

As mentioned before, full relocation expenses are covered and the first 3 months of accommodation in Cape Town are free of charge! On the office site, my client has a gym, a canteen and a bar which means free lunches, gym and drinks on Fridays. In addition to competitive salary, you will get various bonuses and additional pay, depending on circumstances. 

What is the interview process?

The interview process is easy and straight forward. You will be required to complete a language assessment and attend an interview with my client, either in their London office or if you are based elsewhere, the interview will be conducted via Skype. Additional tests might be required, but nothing too complicated!
